These Terms of Service govern your use of HalalLens, operated by Mobispark Creations Technology L.L.C ( “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Service. HalalLens analyzes product barcodes and ingredient lists and returns an informational halal / doubtful / haram assessment. Verdicts are AI-assisted guidance, not a religious ruling or certification; always verify with the certifying authority you trust.

Accounts, credits & subscriptions. Scans are metered in credits; purchased credits and subscriptions are scoped to your HalalLens account and are not transferable to other services or brands. Prices shown before purchase are the ones that apply.

Acceptable use. Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

Liability. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobispark Creations Technology L.L.C is not liable for decisions made based on scan results.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
